How do I choose the right snowboard length?
Selecting the right length depends on your weight, height, and riding style. Generally, the board should reach between your chest and chin when standing upright. For specific measurements, please refer to the size chart on each product page.
What is the Nitro Snowboards warranty policy?
We offer a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects on all snowboards and bindings. This covers issues like structural delamination or core failure, but does not cover impact damage from rocks, rails, or trees.
How long does shipping take for new gear?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. During peak winter season, processing may take an additional 48 hours. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Can I return a snowboard if I have already mounted the bindings?
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in brand-new, unused condition. Once bindings are mounted, the board is considered used due to potential screw-hole marks and cannot be returned unless there is a warranty defect.
Do Nitro boards come pre-waxed?
Yes, all Nitro snowboards come with a factory wax and are ready to ride straight out of the box. However, for optimal performance in specific snow temperatures, we recommend a hot wax after your first few days on the mountain.
Which bindings are compatible with Nitro snowboards?
Nitro snowboards use the industry-standard 2x4 mounting system, making them compatible with Nitro bindings as well as most major brands like Burton (Re:Flex), Union, and Salomon.
