At Nitro Snowboards, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your setup. If your new board, bindings, or boots aren't the perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the unused equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective plastic wrap remains on snowboards.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
